SavePoint is built to keep your data yours. This policy explains what the app stores and what leaves your device.
Your library, journal, hardware, subscriptions, lists and settings are stored on your device. If iCloud Sync is turned on, that data is also stored in your private iCloud account so it syncs across your devices. The developer cannot see or access your iCloud data.
SavePoint contains no advertising and does not sell or share your personal data. There are no user accounts.
SavePoint uses TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics — such as which features are opened — to help improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across other apps or websites.
When you search for games, your search text is sent to the IGDB game database (operated by Twitch/Amazon) to return matching results, cover art and details. Searches are not linked to your identity.
If you grant access, SavePoint uses Apple's MusicKit to look up game soundtracks. This is handled by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy.
If you grant calendar access, SavePoint adds only the release dates and events you choose to the calendar you select. It does not read your existing events.
Deleting the app removes its on-device data. To remove synced data, you can disable iCloud Sync in Settings and delete the app's data from your iCloud account in the system Settings app.
